After being gone for several days we wonder how we will be greeted when we return. Will our four cats be at the door to greet us - they can hear the garage door being opened. Or as usually is the case, they give us an aloof look asking the question "Just where have you been?" Usually their attitude disappears after a few minutes - but not always. Sterling is usually the first to jump in your lap for affection. Katie just plays her ditzy self and hides for a bit. Usually, she'll jump on the bed at bedtime to snuggle and be petted like you never were gone. The Grinch and Deutschmark will start playing around and want you to play with them.
